  Was so disappointed to bring the kids to the science centre only to find a dismal handful of activities as the centre is under renovations as of two weeks ago. I understand the need to renovate but to charge families to come into this is ridiculous ..at this stage this should be free of charge. I have brought visitors to what use to be a wonderful and fun experience and well worth the charge and am embarrassed after talking highly of the science centre...and why would you renovate over school holidays? Avoid the science centre till July 2018 as it is not worth what they are charging!!

  Great place to bring kids and learn a lot. Always the best exhibits. Great child facilities. cafe is reasonably priced. Great dinosaur area in the shade to release their energy. A great day out all round. Catch public transport for ease

  The majority of the museum is free, with special exhibits setting you back a few bucks. They have a great range of both permanent and special guest collections so there is always something interesting to see.

  A nice place to take kids too - very interesting displays and variety of exhibitions. We particularly enjoyed space pictures and dinosaur exhibits. A bit pricey though and you need to buy separate tickets for different exhibitions, rather than a single ticket and then go and see what you want. Has a number of free displays. Very busy on weekends and school holidays too.

  This place is super cool, interactive and interesting. Most of the museum was free. The only part that cost was the gladiator portion, was it worth the extra cost? Only if you really love gladiators. You can try on helmets and what not and take some pics. Pretty cool place in Brisbane. Def worth a check out ( even if it's just the free part of it)

  The museum is wheelchair accessible, and the layout is quite spacious and easy to maneuver around in, however some of the collection items and information plaques are at an... inconvenient height for someone sitting down. It can get pretty chaotic during school holidays and weekends (what kid doesn't like dinosaurs?!) so if you need a quieter experience, do try to aim for the early morning/late afternoons.
