  NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service! They have refused to pay me out after being a loyal customer for years! Dropped me like I was nothing and all I got was a terrible attitude!

  Great service, very easy to deal with when making a claim, excellent turn around time for claim approvals. Also, have compared prices with other insurers and CGU always wins. Will always be a loyal customer.

  I felt like so looked after, thank you CGU team, my car wasn't right and as it's under lifetime warranty, they booked it in and fixed it no hassles.

  Steer far away from this company. Horrendous experience with my stolen vehicle! I would not even suggest this company to my worst enemy. Transferred my claim to multiple different teams all over Australia. Had to ring at certain times to make sure I get the office in which my claim might be will be open and taking calls. Someday they would never return my call and would snub me off. Other times they would tell me that they dont have my information on file. The worst in the business. Cheap price, Cheap service. Stay far away
